I have brought five different guitars and basses to them now for repairs and I have been extremely, extremely impressed with the quality of their work each time. I have a few more guitars, and certainly will bring the others to them as needed for anything that comes up. Their work included two acoustic guitars whose bridges had lifted and there was bad bellying on the top of the bodies, and one neck reset, and some electric guitars that needed fret leveling and a new nut because the nut was filed too deep by the previous owner. That's guitar is now 100% perfect in just amazing to play. What more can you ask for?”

I also chatted quite a bit with the owner (who was a very nice woman), and she shared with me how important it was for her to ensure that the fresh organic produce she sells is actually FRESH & of high quality. How many times have we spent extra money on organic groceries from the typical chain grocery stores only to find its gone bad within a day of purchase? Too many in my experience.. “Without going into great detail, I've been having an ongoing exhaust leak that was first unsuccessfully addressed somewhere else. Failed inspection at that place as a result. Brought it to Midas, was repaired and passed inspection. Began leaking again. Midas repaired it again at no charge. Began leaking again. Midas determined the possible cause and repaired that. Began leaking again. Tried something else (at no charge) but that ended up not fixing the problem either. Brought it back again and found something else that could be causing it. That was repaired and the leak fixed again at no charge. Hopefully, that will take care of it. Now it may seem from reading this that Midas might be the problem, but I assure you, it's not them. The main point that I am trying to make, is that, although frustrating for both of us, they kept trying in a logical fashion and stood behind their work. Nothing was repaired/replaced that didn't need to be as I see it at this time. No repair usually works for me first time. I'm used to it. I was happy with the way I was treated by Jason, Dakota and Justin and will continue to bring my car there for repairs.”
