“They recently moved to this space and it is great! Parking for the correct building is on the other side of where Google is dropping you off. The exterior of the bulding looks alittle rough around the edges but I think it's add to the vibe. Inside you gotta climb some stairs to get to the gym, but it's worth it. Inside there are woman's and men's changing rooms with some couch and chair seating. The kids class is taught with great fundamentals relating to respecting your parents and treating other with respect. They also teach them about their founders. In my opinion I like where it is and they do a really good job with adults and children. They have all the tools needed for weightloss and training for all levels.”
