Dr. Tan was very knowledgeable and presented all my options and was up front about costs. The only thing I didn't like was that they took my dog in the back for an exam and blood work. Everyone answered all my questions regarding the process of laser hair removal as well as my inquiries about payment options. The location is easy to get to and very clean and an inviting environment. I received two laser treatments on my face. I was happy with the results. However, due to some other skin concerns from my dermatologist (cystic acne from birth control hormone complications) I had to stop treatments temporarily until my skin could heal. I was worried I would not be able to get a refund from the 6 treatments I had remaining. The Center Manager Jordan was an amazing help! She stayed in contact with me via email and made sure all my paperwork was submitted to have the unused funds from Fortiva credited back to my account. The return was completed within the week with ease and without worry. I hope in the future to go back for treatments.
