That actually happened to me once. I was at an auto parts store, and trying to figure out how to change the lightbulb in my car and this gentleman pulled up and asked if I needed help. He proceeded to help me and then said I can't do it here, follow me to my shop and I'll help you out. Low and behold it was a staff member at John's shop and he and John did in fact change the light bulb for me AND best of all I asked "how much" and they said, this time nothing as I offered to help you as a person in need. How wonderful is that, and when do you ever find that nowadays?”
