“Personally, the instructor, the facility, the environment, has been a huge morality boost for me. There is AMPLE room inside, so no need to try and squeeze in a space like SOME OTHER CrossFit gyms in the area. The equipment is well taken care of, there are supplements and other amenities available at your disposal for a modest price. But foremost, the instructor is VERY knowledgeable and has helped me when I thought I was fine. Helped me fine tune my posture, form and just helped guide me to be better. I was skeptical at first, because it was unknown to me, but I've never been happier with my decision to choose this facility. It just works and there is no guessing.”
