(August 2, 2019, 7:55 am)I purchased a haircut package on Groupon for $10.00, which includes a shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, cut, and blow dry. This was my first visit. For starters, the price could not be beat! Scheduling over the phone was simple, and they were able to book me an appointment for exactly when I wanted. You have to understand that these are students, so it might take a little longer than your standard salon visit, but everyone needs to start somewhere! Aside from the amount of time I spent there - my hair is long & thick, and I was there for just under 3 hours - I have no other complaints. In that time frame, though, Clarabelle was thorough and made sure to give my hair the attention it needed. The results are exactly what I wanted, and I walked out with the best hair I've had in quite a while - don't go to anyone else for a blow out, she is the greatest! She also gave me some great insight and tips on how to better manage my hair and scalp; she showed me techniques to prevent dry skin at my hair line, and we discussed better shampoo options. She recommended I use the shampoo & conditioner she used on me during my visit; since it was my first visit, I got 50% off the entire product purchase! I will definitely be scheduling my next hair appointment with Clarabelle at The Beauty Institute. She was very professional, and it was clear she really enjoys what she does. Their prices (without a Groupon) are a great value, so it's a sure bet I will return!

So if you're having a rough day book one of them and make sure they are working next to each other. You'll have a great time. As far as service is concerned, I couldn't tell she is a student! So professional, so neat and so well mannered. Great job Sheena♥️
