I made an appointment, dropped off my car, and got a rental. I received a call the same day with info about the repairs needed. The best part is learning that they worked late to do the job so I was able to pick up my car the next day. That’s what I call providing good service, thank you Pacifico Ford! ❤️

As a mom of 5, he valued the importance of my time constraints, got my rental in a jiffy, kept me up to date the whole repair process and finally had a great personality.
