(November 29, 2018, 7:53 am)Courteous drivers and they were available when we needed them. We didn't have to wait but a minute or two at the airport. Didn't have any wait at all for our trip to the airport. Picked us up at our car with a big smile and hello even though it was 4:00 a.m. We loved the experience and would use them again.

(October 21, 2018, 7:17 pm)Pulled in and pretty sure the spotter was not watching as I pulled in. She appeared to be talking to someone in a car that was off to the side of the front entrance. The shuttle was facing me as I pulled in, and the driver did not notice me either. I waited a while for the driver to come. It was a pretty bad experience, especially when you don’t have time to burn when catching a flight.
Since reaching out to the Parking Spot, I got a quick response from the manager, Maneesh, who is investigating what happened. Based on the conversation, I believe that efforts are being taken to make sure that this does not happen again to other customers. -

(September 21, 2018, 1:22 pm)Great covered parking! I used to park at a lot that was much closer to the airport only to watch these yellow vans pick up people at a rate of 2-3X's the rate of the other one. I now park here for the covered parking and quick shuttle service.
