Where do I begin?
This review is a testimony to Dr. Vettraino Bachstein and her amazing staff! My first visit was a consultation so that Dr. Vettraino Bachstein could take X-rays and visualize the problem. Her educated staff then informed me that this helps the dentist to better plan for your treatment. I was referred to her office for two back molars that needed root canals. By the end of this appointment I was promptly scheduled for both teeth within the same month!
My treatment was amazing and the staff was highly educated. Dr. Vattraino Bachstein was so gentle and she talked me through the entire procedure as she was doing it so that I would feel comfortable. The office is gorgeous and spotless with top of the line equipment and machinery to be sure you get the best accuracy during your appointment.
I highly recommend this practice there is no question about it. Thank you Dr. Vettraino Bachstein and staff for providing me with the MOST RELAXING ROOT CANAL I HAVE EVER HAD!
They provided a great service as soon as I walked in. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Going in I was nervous and in a lot of pain because my tooth was really damaged, but Dr. Melissa and the staff made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this place. Dr. Melissa did a great job on my tooth, and it was very quick.
I waited to get my treatment because I have a fear of the dentist and I should have gone much sooner! From the moment I walked into the office the entire staff put me at ease. The receptionist explained my insurance and Dr. Vettraino thoroughly explained the treatment to me and answered any questions I had. She was very gentle and made it a painless experience.
