As someone who has struggled to stay in shape, Dave has been a steady motivator and always has worked with my budget.....i highly recommend him for your fitness goals.

I'm a 62 year old female who has health issues. I was hospitalized and could not walk very far without sitting down. David, to me is the ultimate trainer. He understands my pace and monitors my exercises carefully and understands my limitations. I can now walk up and down my steps at home with ease!
