  As a first time visitor, this was the BEST facial I ever had, in my life! The atmosphere was extremely friendly & welcoming! Andrea is ABSOLUTELY one of most pleasant woman that I've met. Will DEFINITELY return!!!

  Lizz did a great job on my pedicure and my mother in law's Mani/pedi. Probably best to schedule an appointment rather than walk in as we did. I want able to get a manicure for to lack of time before a scheduled clients appointment.

  As a first time client, I cannot say I was disappointed. I was very appreciative of the attentiveness. I was addressed once I walked through the door. The lovely receptionist was very pleasant.
  
  Let me speak on the atmosphere. As soon as you walk through the doors, there is a sense of calmness that wafts over you. I was super hype to get my appointment, to start. Once I walked in, I became very relaxed. The lighting is not like your typical Asian run nail salon, lights everywhere and bright. The lighting in this place was just enough to see and not so much that you couldn't be comfortable. Something that might take that atmosphere over the edge is a nice calming aroma throughout. The music was nice to vibe out to as well.
  
  Where to begin on the service... I can only speak on a pedicure. Hunny... Unforgettable. Delicate. Tailored. Timely. Those are just a few words that describe the service I received. The conversation was chill and comical. The nail tech, Miss Tamieka (apologies if I misspelled name), was exceptional.
  
  I look forward to revisiting this salon. Must provide support to the local businesses.
  
  Oh yeah, major kudos for serving wine, too!
  
  *Update* The only downside of this establishment is there is only one chair for manicure and pedicure. Which makes getting an appointment very difficult. I have tried since my original posting. ????

  Today was my first experience at 3rd Element and it was fantastic. I was there for a pedicure and Tameka took wonderful care of me and my feet!????
  She was professional, courteous and so respectful. I'm so pleased that I booked my next appointment already! I think I found my new pedicure spot!
