  This salon specializes in chemical-free hair care. The staff's first concern is the health of your hair and will work to facilitate a healthy mane for you. They helped me to grow out my relaxer without having to cut my hair. I have been relaxer-free for several years now and do not miss it one bit. The stylists are always current with styles, colors and various weave techniques. I have taken my 8yr old daughter there to get her hair done and it is always beautiful and healthy. There is so much body that you would think she had a relaxer. . .and the press lasts!
  
  Their prices are affordable but, of course, increase with the more expensive services. However, they do such a great job that women are comfortable making the investment. I have used both stylists and feel comfortable going to either one.
  
  Generally, I do not have to worry about my day being spent waiting in the salon. I am usually in and out. The atmosphere is professional but fun. You can feel comfortable bringing your daughter to get her hair done because there is no profanity used.
  
  I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

  Split Artistry Salon is one of Philadelphia's premier hair salon secrets. The beautiful salon boutique is located on Ridge Avenue just near Kelly Drive. The staff is well knowledgeable, courteous and best of all punctual (I am in & out)! This salon specializes in all types of hair: natural, blow outs, weaves, color and so much more! The owner,Terri Bradford, keeps my hair healthy. As long as I live anywhere near Philadelphia I will always only go to this Salon!
