  Rapco is the place to go....hands down. Their service is undeniable. I went into Rapco after getting a free diagnostic reading from Autozone which said that my "ignition coil" in cylinder 6 had gone bad. Upon arriving they were very professional. They tested each of the coils and come to find out it wasn't the coils at all but the actual spark plugs that had gone bad. After replacing the spark plugs my car has been running like new. I will continue going to them for any of my car needs. Thanks Rapco for the A+ service you provided.

  These guys are great! They helped me get the alignment I needed while educating me on different parts of the vehicle. My alignment on my E92 BMW is PERFECT! 10/10 will go back to them, even though I’m from Reading!

  I have always been skeptical about going to auto repair shops. However, Alex put my worries at ease. He did an inspection on my car and showed what maintenance I needed on my car. He was totally awesome and very detailed. I will definitely be going back. Thanks Alex

  Rapco was recommended to me by a relative. I do have an automotive shop I have been using for years, but I decided to give them go and I'm happy I did. They were prompt in a response to an email I sent them (2 responses by 2 different people. The quote was the same and one had no idea the other had already responded) so I called to make an appointment. I was able to bring the car in right away! They were professional, courteous and honest. As a female, my knowledge of cars is very limited, but they listened to my explanation of the issues and understood exactly what I was trying to describe. They explained everything to me so that I could easily understand and the price for numerous repairs was fair. My car now runs like it did when I purchased it! I am extremely satisfied and I have a new Automotive Repair Shop!
