  My experience at Advanced Family Smiles has been exceptional compared to every other dental facility I have been to in my 29 years of living. Never had a dentist or hygienist ask how I was doing during any cleaning or procedure until I came to Advanced Family Smiles. The whole team is truly about comfort. I have never been happier with any other dental facility. I’m relieved to have found a dentist that I love.

  I was very scared to try a new dentistry and the recommendation came from my best friend to try Advance Family Smiles on Academy Road. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles and made to feel at ease. The facility is so cozy and clean, definitely a bonus that they offer coffee. I couldn’t have been any more comfortable with Julie and Dr. Olena. I hadn’t been to the dentist in so long, needless to say, I was incredibly nervous but Julie took care of me with such gentleness and patience. She and Dr. Olena were unified in what they noticed or had concerns about (which Julie told me over and over how fine everything was and that it was all good news) and discussed every single thing with me first before making any final decisions or moving forward. I didn’t feel any pressure either. Every decision was completely left to me. The financial aspect too. Julie made sure my insurance covered any work that had to be done. The billing desk also reviewed any financial obligation for future visits and left it completely up to me with how I wanted to proceed. I can’t thank them enough for such an amazing dental visit experience as an adult. I will definitely be sticking with them for the long haul.

  After suffering from a failed filling for over 2 months, I had to find some relief and go elsewhere. I needed a dentist that made my time and dental health a priority! I’ve finally found MY dentist and a professional office staff. Dr. Nick Patel is extremely patient and caring. He welcomes questions and explains everything very carefully! He ensured my comfort and a perfect quality smile and that’s exactly what I received after a painless root canal with crown and 2 fillings that my other dentist had missed. The dental assistants are very personable, attentive, and kind and make your dental appointments actually enjoyable! Valentina and Natasha, thank you ladies for always greeting me with a smile and addressing all my concerns from comfort to billing! I’m so glad I was recommended to Advanced Family Smiles!

  I have been going to Advanced Family Smiles for the past year after ignoring my dental issues for a long period of time. Definitely recommend their services, they make you comfortable and explain everything before they start any procedures. Their staff is really friendly, huge shout out to Dr. Nik Patel and Erin!

  This place is fantastic! Clean, friendly staff and a dentist that will take their time to explain everything to you. They really care about your comfort level. Will even offer you music and headphones so that you can be as comfortable as possible! I had to have a root canal and the dentist followed up the next morning to make sure I wasn't in pain! Incredible! Highly recommend!!!
