    Wide selection of equipment. Multiple machines so you're not fighting over them. Also not overly crowded.

    What a great gym...been too many gyms in my life this is all you need right here !! So many benches and free weights, tons of treadmills etc etc...very friendly staff

    They do not let you use chalk! This gym has everything for power lifting. I am training a friend here who struggles with bench and the over head press. Clean good bathrooms and good service. They sell muscle milk water and gatorade too.
