  My cousin was at St John Neumann twice this year. First in January after a fall. The rehab folks worked with him and he was able to go home. In April he was admitted to skilled care, then long term with hospice. He was given the best of care each time. Housekeeping and dietary do an excellent job. Nursing care, excellent as are the social workers. Father Cassavelli is very visible, throughout the day. I saw him pushing folks outside and sit with them. In addition to visiting the sick and saying mass. My cousin was very happy there and we were too knowing he was in such a good environment and given the best of nursing care.

  My Mom was a resident at St. John Neumann for little over 3 years.
  She was in the St. Anthony Section of the home which is mostly for
  Alzheimer"s Residents.
  Our experience at St. John Neumann was a positive one.
  From the warm and friendly hello at the front desk, to the kindness
  and helpfulness that greets you throughout the facility.
  The place is exceptionally clean. The staff keeps the residents busy
  with many activities such as playing bingo, doing puzzles, sing- a- longs, watching movies, and all kinds of entertainment. The ladies seem to
  enjoy getting their hair and nails done too.
  The home also celebrates birthdays and all the holidays throughout the year. My family and I also like the Spiritual aspect that St. John Neumann offers. We would take her to the beautiful Chapel to pray and reflect.
  We also enjoyed taking her outside to the well kept garden just to sit and
  relax.
  The staff who took care of my mom every day, one on one did an excellent job. They treated her with care and compassion. I will never forget them.
  I was always kept informed of any change in her situation.
  When leaving my mom after every visit i didn't feel to upset because I knew people cared about her as if she was family. Sincerely, Karen

  St. John Neumann Center works endlessly to meet the needs of every individual who enters the building, whether it be for short term rehabilitation and nursing, long term care becoming a place many call “home” or for the use of the Adult Day Program. The talent and professionalism of the staff is something St. John Neumann Center does not lack. Day in and day out the team works together to make the facility the great place that it is. I confidently recommend St. John Neumann Center as a place for individuals to go in order to seek the best quality care!

  If you are looking for the best care for your loved ones, St.John Neumann is the place you want to go. I am writing this review as the daughter of a Dad who received the best care possibly he can by the loving and caring staff at this facility. He and our entire family was very happy with the care he received and are very grateful to the entire team of dedicated care providers.
  Another factor for bringing my Dad here as a resident was my own personal experience of this place as a staff member of more than 15 years. I personally witnessed the culture of safety and care here which made me confident that he will get the care he needs and I don't have to look for another place.
  We have a management team who maintain a policy of zero tolerance towards any form of negligence, disregard of care or safety by the staff members. The entire staff work together as a team to provide the best care for our residents. All of them go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure that every resident receives the compassionate and the professional individual care each of them deserves. We also have a group of experienced and caring Physicians on staff who are also on call 24/7 which make it possible to provide the needed medical care for any resident at any time of the day as needed. I am proud to be a part of this winning and caring team of care providers.

  I have been working at this facility for the past 24 years as both a staff nurse and supervisor. The team work that is exhibited by the staff is phenomenal and continues to grow and exceed my expectations. There are many opportunities to grow at St. John Neumann. Upper management listens to the voices of the staff does their best to create a safe and comfortable working environment. Our residents are taken well care of and the concerns and desires of the families are heard. We try our very best to meet the needs of each resident and their families.
