If the tech wasn’t there I’d give this place a 0. The tech with the blonde hair, she was great and explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable in explaining how the mri machine worked and talked to me through the whole thing. I’d get new front desk help both girls were rude.
I had an excellent experience at Northeast Open MRI. Scheduling was easy, paperwork was prompt and easy to follow. It was my first time getting an MRI and the tech, Keith walked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. From beginning to end, I had a decent experience given the inconvenience of needing an MRI.
Dr.Mike... and awesome Doctor, very outgoing guy made me very comfortable during my visit. If I ever had to refer a friend it would him I suggest they see????
