I went with my bf to pick up his new Camaro that was being shipped thru Direct Auto from Texas. The representative, John, was so incredibly professional and showed meticulous attention to detail! I was immediately at ease knowing he was so knowledgeable and thoughtful through every step of the process. At first I wasn't sure how well this process would work. But now after meeting with John and having him handle the shipping of the car so flawlessly, I would not hesitate to use Direct Auto again and will recommend them to everyone. :)

Very pleased with my 2018 Subaru crosstrek Mikhail was very accommodating picked me up at airport had all the paperwork ready and even had temporary plates taken care of. Car was perfect in everyway.
