(August 1, 2018, 8:20 pm)Outstanding service. This a crew that puts their customers first! On one issue they were not able to handle. Andre didn't hesitate to put me in contact with someone who could service my issue immediately. Every unit in my fleet is and will be serviced by PTR. I sent an associate to the shop who's unit had been down for two days. They had him back on the road within two hours. And the price was more than right. Including the ladies in the office, PTR is a stand-up ,professional, and respectful business.

Working crew does good, quality and clean work. we been around in many deferent shops before and it looks like we found this shop as our permanet shop.

I see some negative reviews below and after knowing this people and working team it seems to be false reports. nobody is stealing anything there or overcharging or taking out good parts and installing old parts why would they do that it makes no sence for the sucessfull shop owners to do something like that. The Shop is Great so Workers inside and they are charging very Fairly.
So Highly Recomending from personal experiance on several deferent units!.
