Delmar Morris Apartments

  I would like to share my very positive experience with Delmar Morris Apartments since my move in May 2018.
  
  To start, my leasing agent, Brielle, was incredibly helpful in finding me the right apartment between Rittenhouse Hill and Delmar Morris (both co-managed and less than a block apart). I am a very involved renter and like detailed explanations, many showings, and I ask lots of questions. Brielle was always kind and helpful in making sure I found the apartment I liked at the price I wanted - all questions answered.
  
  After finding my apartment - a Junior 1BR in Delmar Morris (which is wonderful) - I began working with Anita who works in Resident Relations at Delmar and Rittenhouse Hill. She has been nothing but fantastic during my 3+ months here. She is very accessible, kind, and knowledgable (and if she is uncertain about anything, she finds the answer quickly and reports back to you with it). The few maintenance needs I've had here have been settled within 24 hours of each request with great communication between Anita, the maintenance team, and myself. If there are ever any mishaps (i.e. accounting errors) they are resolved very quickly. The team here has been professional, courteous and helpful in my experience.
  
  As for my apartment and my building, I have only great things to say! The ceilings in Delmar are very high, the finishes are beautiful, and even in tucked away units the large windows allow for great natural lighting. The lobby area is tasteful and clean. The gym is small, but you usually have it to yourself which is quite nice!
  
  My only complaint with the apartment might be the location. In its immediate vicinity and in the direction of Rittenhouse Hill and Wissahickon Avenue, I feel very safe. But when you go beyond the Chelten Ave train station (which is directly adjacent to the building), safety becomes a concern (think catcalling men, etc.). However, it is not nearly bad enough to outweigh all of the positives associated with Delmar.
  
  If you are considering moving here, I highly recommend doing so. It is quiet, clean, modern-yet-charming, and all with professional, responsive and kind property management!

  The place is wonderful! The apartments are very spacious and it’s quiet in the building. The bathrooms are the best part of the apartment! It’s very convenient having a washer/dryer in the units too!!
