(April 17, 2019, 12:50 am)Super efficient and caring staff. The docs take time to thoroughly explain everything. They are all truly wonderful people. Wish I could've waited with my cat but nbd. All good things to say about how emergencies are handled.

(April 12, 2019, 8:56 pm)Staff is friendly and helpful, it can get busy at times as it is an emergency pet hospital. They have complimentary coffee and tea which is a very nice touch. I have been here several times, and have had fairly consistent service, but recommend checking with your primary vet first as they know your pet best. Parking can be iffy at times, but it's South Philly and is what is to be expected.

Explanations of all services & costs were explained thoroughly in advance & the facility was very clean. I couldn’t ask for more during our visit

(March 17, 2019, 6:16 pm)Attentive staff that took great care of our sick cat who had been vomiting all day. It's like any hospital with a sick loved one, you spend a lot of time waiting and that's fine. The staff on duty that night provided us with constant updates and explained each step of the process before any decisions were made. I truly appreciated their patience with us on such a busy night.

(March 17, 2019, 10:23 am)Took our sweet puppy to be euthanized here very early this morning. We were overwhelmingly grateful to find some place open 24 hours. All the staff were amazing. Thank you to the kind soul who was answering my Facebook messages, Jeffrey at the front desk, the nurses who helped Daisy get comfortable and the wonderful Dr. Fay who helped her move on from this life. You all are amazing and we wish you nothing but good things.
