    I was actually in the store that day. I was one of the customers that was accused of stealing the card. Ashley Woods,the incident you are describing did not take place that day. The manager was the first one to think of checking the cameras. Within like 5 minutes he had figured out what happened. Travis has always been great and professional during every one of my visits. The man who lost his card was acting irate and rude.

    Just joined T-mobile a few days ago after being with AT&T for 13 years. This is a great location. The staff is very professional, helpful, informative, accommodating, and patient.

    This was a much better experience than the AT&T and Verizon stores in the area.

    Special thanks to the store manager, Travis. He is a real professional when it comes to customer service.
