Kristen herself is kind and experienced with her craft, and the style of Silk (it's not a salon, but rather a more devoted studio) I actually prefer to a busy establishment. This way, you're not waiting for a half hour or longer--which I've had to do at other places. You come in and can choose from a wide array of waxing services, which you can also book online. Would definitely recommend Silk to a friend.
