  It's hit or miss with this particular Best Buy, but today, 12/21/2018 of all days, was a total hit! I found an item on the shelf that was on back order from an in-store pickup at another Best Buy. I went to Customer Service and the person (I should have gotten her name) was able to get the sale price that I originally ordered it for without any hassle. So, very well done....this time!!!

  Update 12/11/18: Rich, installed a camera in my car. He stayed over time to complete the work. He also was very clear and honest about what can and cannot be done. He clearly knows what he is doing.
  
  Also, the manager at this Best Buy was also a great help. Great costumer service.
  
  Overall, Rich is extremely knowledgeable and honest about what he knows and not know.

  November 2018: My husband had difficulties installing a Microsoft Suite on his new laptop. We walked in with his laptop and the software code back to Best Buy. In less than an hour they fixed the problem. Great customer service!

  In an attempt to help an elderly neighbor purchase a new combination washer dryer ,I had the pleasure of speaking with sales associate Anna Irish . I found her to be extremely knowledgeable , professional and just plain friendly. Anna understood the situation and helped pick out the correct appliance. I placed the order with her including all taxes and necessary components needed for installation and was given the total dollar amount. My neighbor just had to visit the store for payment.Sounds simple enough, not so.Anna was not in the store that day and another associate,who shall remain nameless botched the entire thing adding additional fees of over 200 dollars.Wrong product delivered with additional items not required for install.Another trip to the store for me. Luckily Anna was in,She took care of everything quickly and efficiently.In the future, I will only deal with Anna and hope Best Buy realizes what an asset she is to the company.

  Best place to buy electronic devices and gadgets. The prices are really good and worth it. Students get more benefits on the offers. You can get all the devices you want in your daily life from mobile phone to washing machine.
