The guy from office was just rude but not exaggerated in a way, u have to complete a paper with your info, truck, trailer, PO, after that , from the second desk u will receive the papers for loading, the ramp nr, and the confirmation of sale. Everything else went fast. I payed the entrance 20$, if u don’t have twick is 40$. I went to ramp 35 and in 55min i was loaded !!! I pickup my bills from the warehouse and I was ready to go. Before going inside the warehouse to load u need to slide the tandems all the way back and chocked the wheels!

(May 19, 2018, 5:19 pm)I had a very good experience today.....my appointment was between 8am-12pm, I arrived at 8am.....after being told I could drive straight thru the truck entrance, which leads into their staging area, I checked in by 0830.....got a door right away, 20 pallets loaded....and I was on my way!
