  If you have business, in our case a wedding, in the heart of Philadelphia this is a great place to park your RV and they are very Tiny House friendly. Philly traffic is rough but it's about 18 minutes to the tourist attractions downtown. You will have to move to the dump station there if you plan a long stay. Does not have hookups including waste.

  This place, as advertised is not a camping ground but an urban RV area. We saw this in advance so were not existing grass or plants. The location is fantastic, easy to get to and not far from the number 17 bus which takes you right into town. We didn't use the shuttle as there was never one available when we wanted to go. Facilities were a bit dated/out of action but what was available did work. The staff were friendly on arrival and the hook ups were great. Dump station is available and an easy back up to get to. Price seems fair, our only negatives were the train noise and the lights which are on all night. If we were to visit Philadelphia in an RV again we'd stay here.

  If you are looking for a normal campground don't come here. If you are looking for a place to stay in your camper close to town this is your place! Staff was wonderful. Worked perfectly for my family we ubered into town. Has power and water at your spot dump station works and is easy to get into. They do have a shower house if you need one. Not much space to walk your dogs but we made due. Always felt safe here

  This place is the perfect URBAN camping spot!
  The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful with tips about the area...what to see and where to go.
  Since this campground is one side of a warehouse parking lot all of the sites are LEVEL. There is adequate spacing in between spots. The connections are at an appropriate height.
