(December 16, 2018, 6:46 am)They were very professional! Easy pick up and drop off with the option of taking a shuttle to and from the airport. Shuttle driver was very pleasant from pick up to drop off (boarded on 12/14 at about 12:20pm) Upon arrival was greeted at the door and there was no wait. Daoud was very helpful and even noticed and wished me a happy birthday. Complimentary pretzels and water was available. Even checking out at car exit gate and car return employees were pleasant. I had an amazing experience. Will definitely use again and recommend to others! Thank you enterprise!

The manager was personally involved in supporting his staff, and creating a positive experience. The return was seamless and once again impressive by the personable and professional attitude of everyone. The best rental experience I ever had and this was late in the evening in Philadelphia!

(December 8, 2018, 7:44 pm)I had a wonderful experience here after having to rent a car unexpectedly going from Philadelphia to upstate New York back in June. I believe the employee who helped me was named Reggie. At first he said that I was going to have to pay for a car rental for four days in order to be able to do pick up and drop off in different locations. However, he dedicated a lot of time to helping me and eventually figured out the most cost effective option for me and saved me literally hundreds of dollars. I really appreciated his help and would highly recommend this rental car location for personalized service!!

Jennifer, the desk agent, was diligent, friendly, and helpful in problem solving. And the car I got was immaculate. Nice job, folks! I'm glad to be a loyal customer.

(October 19, 2018, 11:27 am)I just had THE BEST experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car !!! The man at the desk was extremely fast and friendly. I needed a larger SUV for a one way trip that was already priced very nicely. He upgraded us for the most comfortable ride and space. Our trip from PA to FL was very comfortable that we took turns driving and made it record time. So much so that I was able to return a day earlier. That cut the cost in half! The pricing and the service was fantastic :) I would shop here first before anywhere when looking for a rental!
