I needed a windshield wiper motor and he ordered it for me and it came in a timely manner . He communicated with me throughout the whole process . It was quick fast and easy . I came back a week later to buy Rims for my car . He gave me his honest opinion and suggested options that he thought would be beneficial too me . I ordered rims from him on Tuesday and they arrived on Thursday . Quick , fast and most of all easy !! I will continue to shop at orthodox for all my car needs ! Thank you Ron !!!

Due to higo volume of sales of motors and transmissions, it’s easy to forget about someone ordering a small part. But not these guys! They gave me the same attention as anyone else and the greatest customer service I have ever received from any salvage yard! Thanks Ronald for expediting my order. Definitely will spread the word and will be buying from you guys again!

The owner (Nick, I think) is an awesome dude and transferred me my refund upon request. The guys on site were so cool with helping me out. I felt really bad being a pest about calling and emailing, but there's a lot of cool people willing to contact you or help you with what you need.

(November 6, 2018, 10:49 am)This place was awesome. Junked my car and Rick the representative had the greatest customer service. He was very polite over the phone and even nicer in person. I was not able to retrieve my tag and Rick took it off and had it waiting for me. They were very informative and kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend them for junking your car or to get used parts for your car.
