  They picked up the rugs at our old house and delivered to the new one. The rugs almost sparkled! The colors were definitely brighter. Also the drivers noted moth damage and so they treated and mothproofed them. Very happy with both the phone and delivery service.

  I have used Zakian for a number of years. They do a great job cleaning my oriental carpets.
  The carpets pop with vibrant color. Their guys are polite for pick up and delivery. I definitely recommend this company. Never once had a complaint in 17 years.

  My rug looked better than it did when I bought it! I had little hope for this rug when I sent it to be cleaned. I was shocked ad amazed when I saw how beautiful it looked after the cleaning! I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Zakian is excellent!!!

They have the right equipment to thoroughly clean your orientals, repair your rugs & replace fringe. Their turn-around time is awesome, and they’ll appraise your rugs. Their pricing is reasonable too!

  Very happy with the service. The rug looks like new! Raymond was very pleasant and helpful. Dispatch was communicative and accurate. I will have to have them do the rest of the rugs in my house now. Turn around time is 1 week.
