“This is the second year I’ve been going to Jim’s for auto service. I made an appointment for my annual inspection and when I took the car it was lunch time. He actually was courteous enough to drive back home with me, take the car and after the service was completed he came and got me. I’ve never ever been treated so courteously and professionally. “I had a great experience with this pep boys. I had to be jumped twice today due to a dead battery. I was a little frustrated since I bought the battery in January and didn’t quite know how it was going to play out. The customer service I experienced was like none other. Not only did they return my battery but a service worker came out, took out my battery, and then replaced it. All for free and within an hour of closing. I bought a house down the street a few months ago and I am so happy to know I live near this pep boys after my experience today. Kudos to those guys tonight! You helped me out soo much!! I will for sure be back to this location for my future needs.”
