“Me and my granddaughter have been coming to this facility for 10 years for an assortment of issues. My granddaughter 3 times for sprains and 2 fractures to her ankles, and me for 2 hip replacements. I have not used a cane anymore after my therapy was done. I have recommended this facility to every one who was looking for therapy or gym. The staff here are highly professional, knowledgeable, motivated, and caring. I give this facility 10 stars. I am now here for therapy after recent neck fusion. I won't go anywhere else.”

“This is a very nice gym. The restrooms are what you would see in a more expensive club. They just opened last week so there are minor things that need fixing but am very happy with the black card amenities. This gym has two stand up tanning beds, three of the lay down tanning beds, red light therapy, three hydromassage beds, massage chairs and a small lounge for black card members. The grand opening will be the first week of May.”

“Go Vertical is one of the best rock gyms in the area for indoor rock climbing, particularly top-roping and lead climbing. It is also not a bad place to boulder, but there are definitely other gyms to go to that are better to boulder at. They also have auto belay devices for people who might not come with somebody who can belay them. The downside here is that there are only 2 of those, so it really is more worth it to come with somebody. The prices for rentals aren’t terrible, but I would bring your own equipment.”

“I have been training with Kristin for more than ten years. She is extremely versatile and can train in a number of different disciplines, including pilates, weight-training, and yoga. She also helped with my rehab when I had a hip replacement last year. She is very knowledgeable about the body and will modify exercises as necessary to deal with any injured areas. I would highly recommend her.”
