“The staff are friendly and helpful. I dropped off a U-Haul trailer here, which was a pretty painless process. A few days later I wanted to rent a pickup truck but they didn't have any (not sure if they normally do). They had a ton of cargo vans though, so I rented that instead. Just a comment: The inside is a bit strange, with some supplies and a couple registers in a cluster in the middle of a big, concrete warehouse floor. That certainly wasn't a problem, though. Just unusual.”

Tina thoroughly explained every detail about renting the storage unit. She even saved me money by pointing out that my renter's insurance would cover the monthly rental. “Very polite and courteous service, convenient location, and clean area. The only con I believe is that it isn’t accessible 24 hours. My schedule and routine is mostly early in the morning until late in the evening, so by the time I am able to access my space, it’s either not enough time for me to do anything before closing time or it’s already closed. Very inconvenient for me when it comes to access, but otherwise is a great place.”
