“Dr. Ralph’s Automotive Service Center is a family owned business that makes you feel like you are part of the family. From the minute the car was dropped off until the time it was picked up we didn’t have to worry about a thing. My husband hit a deer and caused some damage to his car. He decided to take it to Dr. Ralph’s to get it looked at. Franco was very friendly and tentative and actually found things wrong we didn’t notice. My husband called the insurance company and handed over the keys and got a rental from Enterprise. He felt like he was in good hands, and he was. The work took a little over a week, but Rich made it worth it. My husband got his car back looking like he just drove it off the lot. It even smelled like a brand new car. They even washed and vacuumed it. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ralph’s to everyone and if anything were to happen to either of our cars again, Dr. Ralph’s would be the place we take it. What started as a horrible experience for me (because my car was completely damaged in an accident) was turned completely 180 to a very positive experience because of the team at DeGovanni. 1. Thank you to Melissa at the desk, she was so nice! She completely tolerated my 800 phone calls and emails, answered all my questions and listened to any concerns I had along the way. 2. Thank you to Dean (not sure his exact title but Manager/Administration of kind), great customer service! Walked me through everything that was done with my car and why, and made sure the car was clean and in perfect condition top to bottom before I left. 3. I also want to add that I loved their email system. In the technology world now we all want instant gratification and instant results ... I think I received an email from them every single day letting me know initially my target date for pick up and every day thereafter that we were still on target. That was so important to me to know where we were at in the process, and when of course I could get my car back. 4. Also, my car finished a head of schedule by 3 entire days which was amazing to have it sooner than planned. For the extensive amount of damage on my car, my keys were back in my hands in 2 weeks flat. Overall, my car is fixed (better than new) and the team completely put my mind at ease and ensured I was 100% satisfied with the outcome and comfortable with my car. “Moving to this area, I wasn't quite sure who I should use as a mechanic. I found a few mechanics with many positive reviews, but my wife suggested giving someone else a shot. Having tried him, I am confident that Nick takes professional pride in providing great service. My wife dropped off and picked up the car and she had a good experience doing it. She didn't feel mansplained to. I also forgot about our service until I opened the front of the car recently. I recall Nick telling me on the phone that he had cleaned up the engine area, but when I opened it, it looked like an OCD clean freak had painstakingly worked through it. The interior surfaces, fluid reservoirs, etc, were all totally clear and free of grime and I could actually see the fluid levels.”
