Our first visit, our vet got down on the floor to check out my pup. Something so simple meant a lot to me. (Instead of lifting all 80lbs of him onto a high table). We went for a skin issue months later, and unnecessary procedures were not pushed on me. The vet was clear on what I could do now and what I could consider later if my dog's symptoms changed. Today, I had to drop him off for acute care for the first time due to some pretty severe hives. I got two calls from the vet with updates on him AND she was very clear about the pricing of treatment. I continue to be impressed with Banfield's follow up, transparency, and overall care and compassion for my kid. They're there for you and they're there for your pets.”

Large parking lot with plenty of machines. Don't forget the free dry. I was hesitant because it's not "coin operated" but I love that you can purchase anything in the building with your laundry card like m&M's, bleach or huge, stylish, durable duffle bags. You know I bought the laundry bag. Over all I was impressed and this is now my laundry mat.”
