“I understand the previous reviewer, in fact the corridors are a bit anonymous and the door signs are not very specific. We entered suite 102, they couldn’t find my mother’s name so they indicated suite 103. That’s where we had to go. The staff was super nice, they always addressed us with a smile, they were patient with mom’s slow movements and they didn’t fuss with the money, requesting only what our insurance would pay. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes from start to finish and we were happily on our way home afterwards.”
