“From the outside of the building and poor signage (typical in Philly), the kinda seedy-looking entrance, vestibule, waiting room, and rest room, it is not a very inviting space. These areas are run down, disorganized, even a bit dirty, and make me question my choice of dentist. But the dental exam areas seem top notch. Very modern and clean equipment, with up-to-date digital/electronic technology. The staff are wonderful. I am fearful of having dental work. However, I’m at the point where my physical health may be impacted by my dental health. I force myself to make and keep appointments, and try my best to calm my apprehension and anxiety. I have no qualms telling the staff about my use of calming apps with music. They are very understanding and work with me every step of the way.”
