You are also able to make appointments with other bankers for issues that cannot be handled online or over the phone. You will feel very safe in the office. I have been a TWCU member for more than 20 years. I've had good service both in AZ and TX. I have a variety of accounts with them from savings, line of credit, to IRA. I do all of my money transactions with this credit union. The individuals who work at this branch are wonderful. They are always so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to assist me. They never push services on me. They genuinely seem to be happy to be at work, which is nice to see in today's world. They are older which does come with natural wear and tear. The staff is quick to respond to issues and have a fabulous attitude. They are always a delight to work with. The apartments are pet friendly. There is a dog park. Also, the location has easy access to shopping and hiking. The grounds are quiet and feel like a sanctuary from the city.”
