“Last hot yoga I went was in 2009. This morning I attended Hatha Yoga taught by Justin. What a great work out!! Justin was great. He encouraged me to push beyond my limits but supported my attempt. Facility was great and well maintained. Bring your own mat and water. Since it was my first time Justin gave me a free pass but I should’ve known better. Defiantly going back!”
