“I was trying to clean behind the lint screen in my dryer when I dropped the tool I was using into the space below and couldn't get it out again! I called Germantown Washer Services and they came out early the next day , took the dryer apart and found the missing tool before it had a chance to damage the blower. They were polite, professional and did a good job for much less than other repair services in the city. I will definitely keep their number!”

While a bit old school in the way they do buisness (check or money order to pay rent) these people are great and give personalized attention. Most companies out there manage over 500 properties per individual property manager. Urban doesn't stretch themselves thin. It's also a family buisness that's been around for decades and lives in the area. Who has the time to give a good review to a rental office? Take these bad reviews with a grain of salt. I work with these people and they're good people.”
