“We come to Philadelphia often, my son has some medical issues and we come here for his care. From the first day we stayed here, the staff has been nothing but friendly, kind and professional. There was once a misunderstanding of what we could eat at the lobby (not outside food!) and even then, they told us, they understood we were dealing with a lot (my son was then in the hospital then) and kindly gave us an update of the launch policy.
