“My husband and I were looking for a new sofa, we shopped a few places and stumbled across Bob's. We went on a Sunday. Walked into a beautiful show room. A sales women approached right away. She greeted us, asked us if we needed help. We basically expressed we wanted to just look around. She allowed us that space to shop, sit, talk and really look for what we wanted. She was available if we needed her. Which we both appreciated. We went home and continued to talk about the piece we felt was right for us. The style, color, price, comfort was all prefect for pur family. We went back to Bob's on Monday. Kathleen approached greeting us, she explained a few things and read our body language and allowed us to go off on our own to check out our couch once more before purchasing it. We called Kathleen over, she was able to answer all our questions, check stock, delivery dates and process our purchase. The experience making the purchase was very smooth and friendly. Can't wait to get our new couch!!!”

“I went to the one in jenkintown and ran several errands, out of all stores that bulinton was so nice. Cvs was rude, its like nobody cares anymore. In every store i was at. I had to wait while they finished thier conversation. If i did that at my job, id be fired or warned. And they were all young kids and at every store, had a attitude i was bothering them. They made my 16yr old daughter a bed from a picture I showed. They not only built a sturdy piece of furniture, but upholstered it impeccably. They also reupholstered a brand new ottoman I purchased with a higher quality fabric and added additional cushioning for comfort. Of course I am looking to have them help with a new project I'm working on but there business has relocated. ????”
