First and foremost, Bryan Luis has been a good friend and business partner of mine on a few ventures in the past regarding concerts, events, and live sound. He has also demonstrated excellent skills in DJing, Mixing, Mastering and Production.
I have personally seen him work in many different environments and had the pleasure of gracing 3 Love Records Studio recently to record 3 songs. All of which were excellent quality with regards to the equipment being used and also were mixed and mastered to a very high commercial quality.

For a frame of reference, I have personally recorded over 450 songs and mixed and mastered about 400 of them myself. I also have a degree in Audio Engineering and would not put my reference behind someone who doesn't fully understand signal flow and have a full grasp on audio engineering as a whole.
