(March 23, 2019, 7:05 pm)Late this morning I smelled what can only be described as car exhaust in my house. My furnace room was filled with smoke. I shut off the emergency switch to the furnace and called 30 different heating and air-conditioning companies. The ones who answered couldn’t come out, or would not come out because I wasn’t a current customer! (how do they expect to get new customers) I had no heat & the house stank. Phoenix came to the rescue! On his day off Matt not only fixed the furnace but talked me through everything he had done. He is a very professional, polite and honest young man. Glad to know there are still good business people in our area. Thank you Matt!

(January 28, 2019, 10:50 pm)Furnace died on the coldest day of the year so far (of course). No luck with technical support from manufacturer. I called Phoenix plumbing. Matt was able to get the parts needed overnighted from CA and had the furnace back up and running. Highly recommend. Great local company very professional

Great prices, they always respond back right away, can always fit us in the schedule at short notice and their work is 100% top notch. The guys are always a delight to deal with and I cant imagine going anywhere else for our plumbing and HVAC needs. I cant recommend them enough! Keep up the outstanding work!!!!
