  I can't say enough on how much Jessica Black helped me. I'm from Staten Island, N.Y. and I was ready to start looking to buy a vacation home. My co-workers told me to call Chant and at random I called her, she answered, and from the beginning to closing she made it a very, very smooth process!! (BTW, we closed in 1 month). She listened to me, and found me my perfect home. She's very knowledgeable with P.A., and with areas (which I knew nothing about).
