I can't believe how knowledgeable and kind the staff is. They went above and beyond to help me with my father's mower and I can't thank them enough... I'd recommend staying away from the big name stores and visit your local small businesses... Thanks again
What great service. The technician came to my house and had my Cub Cadet fixed correctly. He was very pleasant and shared some tips to keep it in tip top shape. They are now my go to guys, not only for service but I will buy my next mower there. They know more about these mowers then the factory does. This is how you get and keep new customers!
If 6 stars was an option, I give it to them! Will always be my go to place for my Cub Cadet equipment....Called one day and mower fixed, at my place, within 24hs!!!, by an excellent traveling service tech. Where else do you get service like that?? Do not buy at the big box stores, when they sell for the same price.....Service, service, service.....Thank you Eckroth Brothers!
