  Super nice managers, Theresa and David, got us all set up, escorted us to the storage unit, thank goodness because this property is huge, 25 acres! Everything was well organized and very clean. We appreciate their friendliness!

  I'm amazed at the large number of storage units and that very few are available. However, David, the manager is exceptional. He is friendly, and explains everything very clearly. I had difficulty deciding between 2 units available. He suggested that if we wished, he would drive his golf cart and we could follow him to see the 10x20 and the 20x20 units. After seeing them, there was no question that we needed the larger unit. At our request, my sister and I both received keys and the entry code cards to the unit.
  
  The grounds are very clean, service is outstanding, and security is strongly enforced. I am pleased to recommend this storage location!

  Clean, secure, and friendly environment. Teresa is the best part of this location!!! She was helpful, friendly, personable, and professional!! This type of customer care is rare in these times. If you are in need of extra storage space head straight to this Derell’s location to let them assist you with your needs. Highly recommended!!!!!

  Excellent customer service. The attendants were kind and friendly. We were shown the storage spaces available in order to make an informed decision on what we needed. We went with the 10x10. Very happy. Thank you! 😊👍🏼

  I LOVE this Derrel’s Mini Storage location. Theresa is wonderful. She has been invaluable in my planning. Theresa assisted me in finding the best storage solutions to meet my needs. Both Theresa and her husband are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and are always eager to assist. They seem to genuinely care and have worked to ensure that l am satisfied with my experience with Derrel’s and that my needs are met. The grounds always look beautiful, well maintained, clean and safe. With customer service non existent these days l found my experience at the Temperance and Dakota location refreshing. It brought a smile and peace of mind. Thank you Theresa for your wonderful help at a time l needed it most.
