“My mother was admitted for rehabilitation following a hospital stay. This facility was amazing! Renee helped us so much from admission to discharge. Everyone was so pleasant and courteous to my mother and our family. Always willing to give us updates on her progress and answer any questions we may have had. My mother was treated so well, from her physical therapy to activities and meals. All her needs were met! The aftercare team helped us so much by giving us valuable resources to transition my mother home when the time came. My mother still fondly remembers her time at the manor and talks kindly of the staff and her time spent there. We have had unpleasant experiences with other nursing facilities in the area and I will tell you that Shenandoah Manor is the best and has exceeded all of our expectations!”
