“When in the room(for a yearly checkup), after I gave the secretary my insurance card and was given the ok to have a seat. I was then taken to my room and my vitals were being taken the secretary came in and said I had to leave and they couldn’t see me. Because my insurance card had the name of Doctor Young as my PCP. But my insurance is good and allows me to see any doctor I choose. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to leave or call my insurance to verify that they will pay for Dr. Joe to see me, because Dr. Young no longer is at the practice. She told me to leave and they cannot see me several times. Then left the room. I called my insurance which told me what I told her, when I went back out of the room to tell her what they said, she didn’t even want to hear it, and was dismissive to me. She was rude and completely unprofessional, Dr. Joe Zawisza came in and I told home how I was treated and he shrugged it off and took the side of his secretary. When I told him I didn’t want to stay because I was to upset, he said fine. I told him we will find a new office, he said tell us where to send your records. I was mortified. I’ve never felt more discriminated against in my life.”

“Full disclosure: I've worked at Seton Manor for over a decade. I worked via agency for a few years, went to many homes throughout the area, worked at Seton, fell in love with it and took a staff job there. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, every person professional while also showing their personality and love of care for the residents. The building is meticulously up-kept. The dietary department is great! (The food really is the best nursing home food in the area with plenty of variety and an always available menu.) And the activity department is simply fantastic! There are multiple activities everyday and live music often. Can't forget the transportation, which takes our residents to their Dr. appointments and also out for fun excursions. Definitely a great place to send your family or loved one when they need care!”

“I was a little hesitant when I first joined. But I took a few classes now and love it. The classes will get you in shape fast. Very intense fast pace and love the music. The instructor is awesome too. Body pump is allow weight high rep class that will tone your body very quickly. It gets very addicting because you get results so fast.”
