SHOP 'n SAVE

Went in for a charger,found one,put $5 in the scratch off machine, won $10,staff is great too

If I lived closer to this Shop n Save I'd only shop here. This place has EVERYTHING!!! I went for the seafood and wasn't disappointed, although if you want 'fresh' seafood you have to be there earlier in the day as they close that up at night. My only issue here is that I bought a triangle of brie cheese and when I got home realized it was 4 days past sell by date. Gotta watch the the cheese man lol. Other than that it's an awesome place to grocery shop.

I never used to like s&s compared to GE, but i do enjoy this location. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because of the Deli. There is one woman in particular who doesn't care to take the time to open a new package of deli meat and slice it, instead she will say they don't have any, when you can see the unopened pack right infront of you. This went on for 4 weeks until finally I got someone else and she was wonderful. Also, the same woman will stand back at the slicing machine and clean it over and over while the nicer woman is tending to an entire line of customers who all happened to come at the same time. Instead of helping make the line go faster, she just kept wiping the same parts down on the machine. I feel like she may be a new hire, because there was twice where she gave me the wrong meat, and i didn't think to look at the sticker since i never had a problem before. Other than that, sometime the store doesn't carry certain groceries that GE does, but overall it's a pleasant experience. All of the cashiers and CS clerks have been great.
