“Patients who were on Heroine addiction for long period of time , already completed in-patient rehab, they need maintenance dose of suboxone to prevent withdrawal effects and to keep them sober .Some patients take suboxone not following their doctors instruction. Suboxone is prescribed as 4mg or 8mg or 12 mg dose. If a patient take 24mg - thats not what doctors prescribe, patient is also supposed to see doctor every week but he does not show up for his appoint, the family need to get him admitted to in-patient rehab again .”
